Kathy did a great job for us as a buyer's agent. We saw around 20 properties in one area, about 50-50 open houses and realtor visits. Kathy was very easy to communicate with, and when she couldn't come out in person for a showing, she had a colleague there for us. She even came to some of the open houses with us.
